This Modern house marks the beginning of an expanding series, gradually growing to encompass a diverse range of modern house designs with the ultimate goal of building an entire resort island.

This particular design stands as a 3-story house, predominantly constructed using white concrete, complemented by accents spruce planks. Designed with survival practicality in mind, the house features two rooftop crop patches.

No modern dwelling is complete without the addition of a meticulously curated garden that envelops the structure, adding a touch of natural splendour to its modern design.

Venturing inside, you’ll discover a thoughtfully designed interior comprising a well-appointed kitchen, a cosy lounge area, a comfortable bedroom, and a conveniently located chest storage area.

To facilitate easy access to each level of this exquisite house, a simple water elevator has been incorporated.
